PD (Perfect Dark) and Share are japanese p2p-sharing systems, I mostly got manga from there.
EBJ (E-Book Japan) in online shop for digital versions of manga, sometimes I buy manga there.
About other ways – it can be bought at amazon or somewhere else (i.e. site from your link), but paper manga will be more expensive, + deliverу also is not so cheap. That’s why I’m buying only digital versions.

Jiraishin can be found here, though I don’t know if quality is good enough. There’s also a complete batch in PD, probably same scans, I’ll try to get it.

Yeah, I’ve got 9 different Photo Kano adaptations, and that file is the only thing I’m missing. I could only find it on share though.
